Museum Admission and Access

General Admission

• Admission tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor who violates museum policies
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Admission prices are subject to change without notice

Museum Hours

We reserve the right to close the museum or modify hours due to:

• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
• Public health or safety concerns

Visitor Conduct and Rules

All visitors must adhere to the following rules:

Safety Rules

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Run only in designated outdoor areas
• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions
• Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately to staff
• Use exhibits and facilities as intended

Prohibited Conduct

• Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
• Damage to museum property or exhibits
• Smoking or use of tobacco products anywhere on museum property
• Bringing outside food or drinks (except water and baby food/formula)
• Bringing pets (except certified service animals)
• Use of professional photography or video equipment without prior approval
• Commercial activities or solicitation

Memberships

• Memberships are valid for the specified duration from the purchase date
• Membership cards must be presented for entry
• Benefits are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits with notice
• Membership renewals are not automatic unless enrolled in auto-renewal program
• Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion

Programs and Events

Registration

• Program registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment
• Participants must meet age and skill requirements for programs

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the program: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• If we cancel a program, participants receive a full refund or credit

Photography and Media

• Personal photography and video recording are permitted for non-commercial use
• The museum may photograph or video visitors for promotional and educational purposes
• By visiting, you consent to appear in photographs or videos taken by the museum
• Parents who do not want their children photographed should notify staff at admission
• Professional photography or commercial filming requires prior written approval

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mindscapes Children's Museum or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
