Important Policies

  • General admission tickets are non-refundable
  • Group bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice
  • Membership fees are non-refundable after activation
  • In case of museum closure, tickets will be valid for future visits

  • Museum is designed for children ages 5-11
  • Children under 3 receive reduced admission
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
  • Adult admission is free when accompanying children
  • Maximum 4 children per adult for safety

  • Same-day re-entry is allowed with your receipt/wristband
  • Please inform staff if you plan to leave and return
  • Members can visit unlimited times (on separate days)

  • Hours may vary during public holidays
  • Check our website or call ahead during holiday periods
  • Special events may affect regular admission hours
  • Private events may limit public access to certain areas
